  • Enough of this prayer nonsense Mr. Jonathan. If prayer was a commodity, nigeria should hv enough to supply the entire world for decades to come.If prayer was a powersource, we should hv enough to send a team to the center of the universe and back.I once counted 24 churches on one street in Ikeja but not one Library in all of Ikeja.DAAAAAAA! Do u need to be prophet to predict what the future is holds? Church and Library, which do we need more of?

  • aIndia, China,Brazil, Singapore, S/korea and the Gulf counries(our third world peers)are today emerging economic powers that have been consistently lifting their people from poverty over the past 25 to 30yrs.Since the Morons and CAVE MEN in Abuja believe in prayers to salvage our national probs, I suggest we send high powered delegations to these countries to ascertain, once and for all, which god they pray to and how they pray ,so that, we too may follow nd reap the bounties of economic, soci

  • Is the black man cursed with irrationality? If our leader thinks that religion and prayers can solve our problems and build a solid nation, then we are all doomed forever.Success and progress come through proper thinking, proper planning and persistent hard work, not through the mechinations of any diety in heaven or on earth. This is true for individuals as well as for nations.India, china, brazil.Daaaaa!

  • Instead of fasting and prayers? Religion is discretionary and that is why the constitution guarrantees religious freedom. Laws are either obeyed or offenders get punished. Since there is no uniformity of religion, we agree on secular laws with general applicability. These laws must be strictly enforced to regulate our conduct. We can’t go about commiting crimes instead of enforcing our laws and prentend to be religious. Is it religious to rig elections, not account for security vote, etc?

  • For God is spirit, those who must worship him must worship him in truth and in spirit. May God give us leaders who will provide food to to eat, good roads, sound education, employment for our youths, portable water and above all electricity for our economy to boast. May God remove and permanently deny us leaders who only call for prayers in futherance ambitions and not for the country. Leaders who waste our resources to celebrate birth day for godfathers. Leaders that are religious bigots. Amen.

  • Medow, will religion keep food on your table or stabilize electricity for you? How many times have you heard that Obama gathered religious leaders in the White house? Our leaders have failed us most especially PDP. As long as Obasanjo is still close to ASO rock, the hope is still shaking. PDP has been in power for 13 years of complete failure and I think Buhari should come to power irrespective of religion.

  • Pray is the key to a successful country. If Americans prayed more and looked to God for answers maybe we’d be better off. I’ll pray for Nigeria too.
